1.	Economic empowerment and capacity building of all participants.<br />

PLAN OF ACTION<br />
<br />
We intend to train a minimum of twenty (20) people on entrepreneurship skills per class.  This training programme will deal with issues which are salient in being successful as an entrepreneur.  <br />
<br />
This is a part time training that will run on weekends to enable busy people attend too. The total course package will be delivered in six (6) weekends. At the end of the 6 weeks participants would have successfully gone through a process of enlightenment/empowerment, geared up to explore as entrepreneurs.<br />
<br />
Each group/batch of beneficiaries will be required to work on and submit individual projects (Business Plans).  We will thoroughly examine the business plans submitted and help provide seed grants or start up assistance with the necessary capital (not necessarily cash).  The group/batch will in addition be obliged to work on a business idea of their choice which they will ensure is translated into a successful business. <br />

TIME PLANNING<br />
<br />
Two hours / day lectures<br />
One hour/ day work for interactive session (case studies question and answers)<br />
Course duration twelve (12) hours training + six (6) hours interactive session= total 18 hours. The time can be adjusted to meet the needs of participants or and facilitators.<br />
